Child Licences: By law, any work involving children of compulsory school age or younger requires a valid Child Performance Licence. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the necessary licence is obtained. Local councils typically require at least 21 days’ notice to process applications, although shorter notice may be accepted at their discretion.
HrMotherhood offers a licensing service to assist clients with this process. A fee of £30 applies per licence.
