• Currently, most shoots are based in London, so willingness to travel is essential.

• Flexibility is key — castings and shoots may be scheduled at short notice.

• Children must be accompanied to shoots by a parent, legal guardian, or licensed chaperone.

• While castings usually take place after school, shoots may occur during school hours — please ensure you are comfortable with your child occasionally missing school.

• HRMOTHERHOOD operates as the sole representative for all work, including photography, commercial projects, film, and television.

• There are no joining fees and no portfolios required. Please be cautious of fraudulent services offering paid portfolio packages — we will never ask for payment and all communication will come from an official @hrmotherhood.com email address.

• Your child’s full date of birth

• Your home address

• A contact telephone number

• A minimum of 4 recent, clear head-and-shoulder photos taken in natural lighting against a plain light background

• (For babies, laying them on a light blanket or duvet works well)

• Photos must be under 1MB each — please avoid hats, face paint, dummies, and do not send via links or WeTransfer

• Your child’s height (measured from heel to top of head)
